Hi! My name is Lonneke

And I am the face behind IPREM Consulting.

IPREM stands for Inventory Planning and REplenishment Models, and that is how I like it: what you see is what you get. Pragmatic, honest, team player, analytical.

I went to University in Enschede, The Netherlands and studied Industrial Engineering & Management, back in the time when Supply Chain Management was not yet a subject. Through my first 2 jobs I decided I wanted to be in Supply Chain, as my love for numbers, change management and education would be best satisfied in this new area.

I worked for British American Tobacco for 10 years, first 6 years in The Netherlands as a Planning & Scheduling Manager, and then for 4 years in the United Kingdom as a Supply & Inventory Transformation Manager.

In 2010 we moved with our family to Switzerland, Argentina, Singapore, back to Switzerland and finally back to The Netherlands in the summer of 2023. This kick-started the launch of my own consultancy company, as this gave me the necessary flexibility to work where and when I wanted.

I have been able to work on a wide range of projects, sometimes by myself and also working with other consultancy companies to create a team of relevant experts.
