New inventory tool & ways of working: The inventory tool I developed for the same tobacco company in Western Europe was rolled out globally in 2013.

I developed a customized training package for the regional planning team in Singapore, delivered the training and helped with the calculation of the various parameters, especially regarding their unique distribution network.
