Full planning transformation project, responsible for the complete redesign of the production planning and production scheduling policies and processes, introducing fixed time horizons and a structured issue management process in the S&OE horizon.
Defined all production planning and production scheduling processes, including supply policies, issue management, master data management, performance management and meeting templates.
Test drive of the new process design through a series of 35 half-day online workshops, working with the planning SMEs over a period of 8 weeks to finalize and approve the process design. Development of a production planning, material planning and production scheduling simulation and training tool to support the test drive.
