Design of an overall inventory policy, defining the roles and responsibilities (in a RAPID) for each of the drivers of inventory.

The new policy was rolled out to the full supply chain population via a series of 17 online training sessions over a 3-month period, and a total of 128 people were trained using a train-the-trainer methodology.
